● Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips, travel insurance etc.
● Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, delay in inner line permit etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
● Anything not mentioned in the inclusions

● GST (5%) is applicable extra

Cancellation Policy:
● You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time with written notification or an e-mail
● Cancellation before 30 days: charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 25% of total package cost or initial booking amount, whichever is higher (no refund on initial booking amount)
● Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before start date: 75% of tour cost charged
● Cancellation between 0 to 15 days before start date: 100% of tour cost charged
● In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and alternate feasible activity may be provided; however, no refund will be given.

Registration Process:
● Filled Yatra application form and permit form for Adi Kailash with colored photo
● Medical fitness certificate from any MBBS doctor
● Copy of identity proof like Aadhar Card, Indian Passport, or Voter ID
● Two additional colored passport size photographs.

Payment Policy:
● Advance 50% amount for reservation
● Balance 50% amount 7 days before departure date
● Payment should be made in favor of “Travel Spree”.

Terms & Conditions:
● Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations become part of the contract once booking is confirmed
● Hotels can be changed without prior notice; similar hotels will be provided
● Responsibility for personal belongings lies with the guest
● Valid ID proof (Passport, Voter ID, Driver’s License) must be provided at check-in
● Hotels/camps may deny stay without valid ID proof
● Extra adult may be given extra mattress instead of bed; inform in advance if bed is preferred
● Guests must inform about allergies or health conditions in advance
● Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts; inform in advance if stairs are an issue
● Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs; checkout time is 11:00 hrs
● Early check-in/late checkout is chargeable unless included
● Room heaters or Wi-Fi may be charged extra by hotels
● Meals included will be buffet/fixed/meal credit as per hotel policy
● Meal credit is decided by hotel management; excess billing to be paid by guest
● Food room service or packing may be charged extra
● In case of vehicle breakdown, efforts will be made to arrange another vehicle
● Not responsible for delays due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, transport breakdown, etc.
● AC will not function in hill areas or stationary vehicles
● Drivers will not enter "No Entry" zones or drive in unsafe conditions
● Normal driver working hours: 12 hours
● No driving in hill areas after sunset; no loud music allowed
● Pickup and drop point must be one location (multiple pickups/drops must be pre-agreed)
● Mention repeated visits or high parking fee spots in advance
● Route/tour destination changes may affect the cost
● Rates are subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations (over 5% increase)
● Travel Spree reserves the right to substitute vehicle if booked one is unavailable
● Guests may need alternate transport (at own cost) if large vehicles are restricted in some areas
● Sightseeing points must be managed from designated parking areas
● Vehicle use is limited to city and en-route sightseeing as per itinerary
● No refund for skipped sightseeing or short stay
● No refund due to weather, strikes, or natural calamities
● Company is not responsible for accident/injury/death/theft during the tour
● Management reserves right to cancel service if payment terms are not met
● No changes/refunds in itinerary due to landslides or unforeseen issues on Adi Kailash route
● Tour price and itinerary are subject to change without prior notice
● Extra adults may be provided mattress, not bed
● Guests must inform in advance if stairs are an issue
● Early check-in/late checkout chargeable unless stated
● Room heater or Wi-Fi charges (if any) must be paid directly to hotel
● Vehicle breakdowns will be handled on a case-by-case basis
● Delays/expenses from weather, landslides, political unrest, etc., are not the company’s responsibility
● Meals will follow hotel’s set menu or policy
● Driving and music in hills not allowed post-sunset for safety
